1 cup of dried split peas
21 oz. water
32 oz. sauerkraut
4 oz. mushrooms
24 oz. water
salt & pepper

©Soak peas overnight. Drain peas & bring 21 oz. of water to boil with peas & cook for about 30 - 45 min. Check to see if they are done. In another pan, add sauerkraut & mushrooms with 24 oz. of water, cover & cook 1 hour. Add cooked peas to sauerkraut mixture. Season to taste with salt & pepper; mix well.
