4 - 6 fist sized tomatoes
1/4 C balsamic vinegar
4 big cloves garlic
1 T sugar or brown sugar
2 tsp salt
Italian Bread, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Process tomatoes and garlic cloves in food processor until about salsa consistency.

Mix all ingredients and taste.

Add tiny bits more vinegar or salt until just right.

Serve on toasted bread.

Personal Notes:
The hard part is toasting sliced bread (lightly buttered) in the broiled without burning it - good luck! If you toast bread like Dorrie, but 2 extra loaves and a fire extinguisher.
