1 C shortening
1 1/2 C sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp almond extract
3 eggs
4 1/2 C SIFTED flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together: shortening, sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract, and eggs.
Gradually add flour, baking soda, and salt.
Roll out dough and cut out.
Bake at 350 for approximately 6-7 minutes, time will depend on size and shape of cutouts.
Cool completely and frost.
