1 large cabbage
1/2 C sesame seeds
5 green onions chopped with greens
2 pkgs ramen noodles, broken up
1/2 C butter
1 small pkg sliced almonds
1 large can mandarin oranges, drained

Dressing:
1 C salad oil
1 C sugar
2 T soy sauce
1/2 C vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cabbage in strips, add onions and chill.
Melt butter in skillet.
Brown sesame seeds, almonds, and noodles. Mix with cabbage and oranges.
Toss to mix.

Mix dressing ingredients together and blend well. Pour over salad at least 30 minutes before serving.
Toss before serving.
Even better served the next day.
