wheel of Brie Cheese
brown sugar
chopped pecans
dried cranberries ("craisens")
puff pastry sheet, thawed
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Unfold thawed puff pastry sheet on a cookie sheet.

Slice brie cheese into two layers.

Sprinkle puff pastry sheet with brown sugar, chopped pecans, and craisens.
Place one half of brie on top.
Repeat brown sugar, pecans, and craisens on top of brie.
Place remaining brie on top and add one more layer of brown sugar, pecans, and craisens on top of brie.

Carefully fold over edges of puff pastry sheet to completely enclose brie.
Turn over so the seam side is down. Brush with lightly beaten egg.

Bake at 350º for approximately 30 minutes or until light golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Serve with sliced French bread and good wine.
