1 c butter
10 eggs
1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
salt, pepper
1 can diced green chilies
1 lb jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pan. Beat the rest of the ingredients. Pour into pan. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes then lower the temperature to 300º and bake for 35-40 minutes longer.

You can use a little less butter if you want. Put the butter in the pan and place into the oven to melt. This is an easy recipe if you are having company for brunch!
