1 lb. ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
3/4 cup water
1 head iceberg lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
1 c chopped green bell pepper
2 medium tomatoes
1/4 c chopped green onions
2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
1 6oz package corn chips
1/4 c taco sauce or ranch salad dressing.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef in skillet. Add taco seasoning mix and water. Simmer stirring occasionally for 2 to 4 minutes. Combine lettuce, bell pepper, tomatoes and green onions in a large salad bowl and toss to mix well. Add beef mixture, cheddar cheese and corn chips and toss lightly to mix. Serve with taco sauce or ranch salad dressing.
