frozen hash browns
1 dozen corn tortillas
toothpicks
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with frozen hash browns, adding salt, pepper, and garlic salt, until cooked. Place corn tortillas between two damp paper towels on small plate. Place in microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes to soften. Heat oil in pan. Fill tortillas with meat mixture and close with three toothpicks. Fry in hot oil until brown and crispy.
