2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2tsp. baking soda
1 tsp.salt
2 tsp.cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1(14oz)can crushed pineapple(drained)
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups oil
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups grated carrots
1 cup nuts or 1 1/2 cups raisins

mix together . BAKE AT 325-350degree oven for 45 min.
