candied acorn squash,
4 tbsp lite maple syrup,
2 tsp fat free margarine,
1/4 tsp ground allspice.

Directions:
Cut squash in half and remove seeds and stringy parts. Place halves, cut side up, in baking dish. Put one teaspoon syrup and 1/2 teaspoon margarine in each half. Sprinkle with allspice, cover and bake at 375º for 35 minutes.
