2 medium sweet potatoes (peeled and diced),
1 tbsp fat free margarine,
1 tsp brown sugar,
1/4 tsp ground ginger or pumpkin pie spice.

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange potatoes in steaming rack. Place over boiling water. Cover and steam until tender. Remove and place in serving dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Blend well. Toss with the hot sweet potatoes.
