1 box white or yellow cake mix
1 pkg. Jello vanilla instant pudding & pie mix
1 1/3 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 1/3 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
1 c. chopped nuts

Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting
1/3 c butter
2 (3-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (16-oz.) box confectioner's sugar
4 tsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut

Cake: Combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs, & oil in lg. mixer bowl. Blend: Beat at med. speed for 4 min. Stir in coconut & nuts. Pour into greased & floured 10" tube pan. Bake at 325 for 1 hr. Cool 15 min. & remove from pan. Cool on rack.

Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting: Cream butter, blend in cream cheese & confectioner's sugar, alternately with milk, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla. Spread frosting over top & sides of cake. Sprinkle 2 c. coconut over frosting.
