2 egg, separated
15 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 C lime juice (6-8 limes)
2-3 drops green food coloring
8-9" graham cracker pie shell
1 T sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg YOLKS and mix thoroughly with milk. Fold in lime juice and add food coloring if desired. Pour into pie crust. Beat egg WHITES until soft peaks form, beat in sugar gradually until stiff. Spread over pie and put under broiler until lightly browned. Refrigerate 3-4 hours before serving. **Can buy key lime juice in store for authentic key lime pie.
