1 3/4 c. macaroni
2 to 3 tbsp. butter
2 to 3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 to 3/4 lb. medium Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water for 20 min. Drain. Put in a baking dish. For the cheese sauce; melt the butter in fry pan, add the flour, salt, pepper, milk stirring all the time then add the cheese. Stir until thick. Pour this mixture over the macaroni and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
