2 c flour,
2 tsp baking powder,
1/2 tsp salt,
3/4 c light butter (softened),
1/3 c Splenda sugar blend,
1/3 c Splenda brown sugar blend (packed),
1 tsp vanilla extract,
3 med ripe bananas (mashed),
1 large egg,
1 (12oz) pkg semi-sweet mini chocolate chips.

Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 48 mini-muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in medium bowl. Set aside. Combine butter, sugars, and vanilla in large bowl. Beat on medium speed with mixer until creamy. Beat in bananas and egg. Gradually mix in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon batter evenly into prepared pan, filling cups about 2/3 full.

Bake 15-20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan on wire rack. Remove muffins from pan to wire rack to cool completely.
