3 Yufka (filo)
250 g minced beef
1 onion
3 sprigs parsley
salt & pepper
1 egg white
oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Divide each Yufka into 8 pieces or strips (10cc)
2. Fry the grated onion in 1 tsp. margarine or butter
3. Add 250 g minced beef, chopped parsley, salt and pepper and fry for 5 minutes until the beef is tender. 4. Place the beef mixture on each "filo piece", roll it up or form to a triangle. 5. Paste the seam with egg-white. Fry the stuffed yufkas until golden.
