1 Ib ground turkey,
2 tsp minced onion,
1 pkg taco seasoning,
1/2 c water,
10 eggs,
1 c reduced fat Cheddar cheese,
salsa,
Tortilla chips,
shredded lettuce.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown turkey with minced onion. Drain. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for two minutes. Beat eggs and poor over meat mixture. Cover pan and turn heat to low. Cook 10-12 minutes until eggs are set. Sprinkle with cheese and cover skillet until cheese melts. Serve with salsa, lettuce, and chips.
