1 head broccoli
6-8 slices of bacon, crumbled
1/2 c. red onion
1/2 c. raisins
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. mayo
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. halved cherry tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Cut broccoli into florets and stems into bite size pieces. Place in bowl. Add bacon, onion, raisins and cheese. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add to broccoli and toss gently.
