2 Ibs lean ground beef,
1 c Picante sauce,
1 c bread crumbs,
1/2 c egg substitute.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine above ingredients, saving 1/3 cup picante sauce for top of meatloaf. Form into loaf and place into greased pan. Top with remaining sauce. Bake 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
