1 c salsa,
1 bell pepper,
1 c white onion.

Directions:
Directions:
Season pork chops to taste. In nonstick skillet, brown both sides of chops on medium high heat. Add salsa, bell pepper, and sliced onion and lower heat. Simmer 30 minutes or until chops and thoroughly cooked.
