2 cups seasoned croutons
2 cups milk
1 lb. Bob Evans pork sausage
8 eggs
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9 x 13 with cooking spray. Spread bottom of dish with croutons. Fry pork and spread on top of croutons. Next spread cheese on top of pork. Mix together the eggs, milk and soup and pour on top of cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees (and it definitely takes the entire hour).

Amy made this same dish, only substitued brocolli and ham for the sausage. Equally delicious! Can also add onions, mushrooms, spinach, etc.
