3 English muffins, split and quartered
1 TBL butter
1 C chopped ham
C grated parmesan cheese
2 TBL chives
2 14 oz. cans [or frozen] artichokes, drained and chopped
3 lg cloves garlic, minced
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
2 12 oz cans evaporated milk
6 large eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 8 oz square pan with Pam. Place muffin quarters in bottom. Drizzle with melted butter. Arrange ham, cheese, chives, artichokes and garlic over muffins. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl, whisk. Pour over muffins, chill overnight. Bake 50 minutes at 375* uncovered or till set. Let stand 10 minutes.
