8 boiled eggs (chopped)
1/2 cup mayo
3 tbsp. onion (finely chopped)
2 tbsp. mustard
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
salt&pepper

Directions:
Directions:
mix all ingredients together,except eggs. With the eggs in a separate larger bowl, gently fold mixture into the eggs.
chill one hour before eating.
