2 2/3 cup oatmeal - firm pack
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
2/3 cup honey
2/3 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup golden raisins
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup almonds (chopped coarsely)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together to make a stiff dough. Grease and flour a 9x12-inch pan.
Press dough firmly into pan. Bake at 325 F. 30 min. or until lightly browned. Cool for
10 min., then cut into squares.
Yield: 2 dozen bars
Store in covered container in refrigerator. Keep well.
