1 large yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1 1/3 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
2 c. flake coconut
1 c. pecans

Coconut Cream Frosting:

4 tbsp. butter
2 c. flake coconut
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Blend cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Stir in nuts and coconut. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes. Can use cake mix with pudding in mix and go by the recipe on the box.

Frosting: Melt 2 tbsp. butter in skillet and add 1/2 c. coconut. Stir until golden brown. Put on paper towel to drain. Save this to put on top of cake.
Cream 2 tbsp. butter with cream cheese, add milk and sugar.
