10 potatoes
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 c. onion
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Slice potatoes and cook until partially done. Drain. Add cheese, onion, and mayonnaise. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 325 for 1 hour, uncovered.
