1/2 cup margarine
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sour cream
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
3 bananas ( medium size )
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the first two ingredients. Add and mix the eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl combine the two cups of flour, baking Powder, and salt. to the sour cream add the baking Soda. Mash 3 bananas in a bowl. Add flour mixture to egg and sugar mixture alternately with sour cream and mashed bananas. Add chopped nuts and bake in 350º oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
While still warm spread spread over the top
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
