8 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
7 slices cubed bread
1 pkg. sausage
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage; drain, cool, and crumble. In mixing bowl, beat eggs; add milk, salt, mustard, and bread cubes. Stir. Add cheese and sausage. Pour into 9 X 13 inch glass pan and put in the refrigerator overnight. Bake the next morning at 350º for 45 minutes.
