1 lb, 14 oz cream cheese
7/8 c. sugar
2 T corn starch
1 Extra large egg
1/2 c. heavy cream
3/4 teaspoon vanilla




Directions:
Directions:
Mix 7/8 cup sugar with 2T corn starch. Add to 1 lb. 14 oz. cream cheese and mix. Add egg and blend. Add heavy cream a little at a time and mix. Add vanilla and mix. Add to well greased 7" pan with graham cracker crust on bottom of pan. Bake at 450 degrees for approximately 40 to 45 minutes or until top is golden brown. Cool 3 hours. For Graham Cracker Crust crush or grind fine 1 1/2 cups crumbs of graham crackers. Stir into them until well blended 1/4 cup sifted confectioners sugar, 6 T melted butter and (1 t. cinnamon) There will be extra crumbs which can be used on top of the cheesecake.
