1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 eggs slightly beaten
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped parsley or 1 tbsp. dried parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients together in large bowl. Form into 16 meatballs and saute in olive oil turning occassionally. Put into sauce and simmer for approximately two hours. If using crockpot can simmer for 6 to 8 hours.
