3 lb raw chicken pieces 1 C uncooked regular rice [not instant] ½ C milk 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Heat soups and milk. Add rice to soup mixtures. Stir well. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle half of onion soup package over rice. Lay chicken pieces [I use breast meat] on top of soups-rice mixture. Sprinkle rest of onion soup on chicken pieces. Sprinkle paprika over all. Cover with foil and bake at 325º for 2 hours.
