Pepper

Butter
Ham
Cheddar Cheese
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry ham until a little crispy in butter. Set aside and let cool well you slice the potatoes.
Slice potatoes as thin as possible. Place a layer of potatoes in a casserole dish, add ham, Sprinkle a little flour on top, season with salt and pepper, place onion slices, top with cheddar cheese. (Len likes to add Ortega chili's as well, this is optional) dot the top with butter. Repeat the layers until the casserole dish is full. Then add enough milk to reach the top layer. Bake in a preheated 325 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
