3 c. flour sifted
1 tsp. salt
1 c. pure lard

1 beaten egg
1 tsp. vinegar
4 T. ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut first 3 ingredients together. Combine egg, vinegar, and water then add to other mixture. Makes 3 large single crusts or 2 small 2 crust pies.
Bake single crust for 10 minutes at 425 or until light brown.
