Pumpkin Rolls Recipe

1 cup sugar
1 cup Flour
1 can pumpkin
3 eggs
1 tsp. (each)Pumpkin spice, Baking Powder, ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon

8 ounces Cream Cheese
1 cup powder sugar
4 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients for cake together with wire whisk. Spread evenly onto jelly roll pan (15x10x1)
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Let Cool.

Combine all Ingredients for filling except for pecans and beat with electric mixer until well blended. Stir in nuts.

Spread evenly over cake, and using a towel roll cake into a log. wrap plastic or foil around towel and refridgerate overnight before cutting.
