Ingredients:  
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 T. chili powder
1 C. long grain rice
1 pkg. Lipton Noodle Soup Mix
2 1/2 C. boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Celery, green pepper, onions. Sprinle chili on beef. Brown all. Drain grease.

Add rice, Lipton Noodle Soup Mix, boiling water. Mix all together. Cover and bake at 350 for 40 mins. Uncover bake 20 mins.
