1 T. vegetable or olive oil
1 lb. ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
1 T. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large, deep frying pan on medium-high heat. Add meat and onions; cook until meat is thoroughly cooked and nicely browned, stirring frequently and scraping up any browned bits that stick to the pan. Remove meat and onion with a slotted spoon, leaving pan juices in pan. Reduce heat to medium and add flour. Stir to combine. Add milk a little at a time, stirring to blend it with the flour mixture. Stir until it thickens a bit. Add meat mixture and sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine. Serve over mashed potatoes.
