1 lb. cheddar cheese 1 can diced Ortega chilies 1 can tomato sauce 1 can minced olives 1 egg 2 T. onion juice or 1 grated onion 1 clove garlic 1 c. salad oil
Grate cheese. Hard cook egg and grate. Mix next ingredients together. Grate 1 onion in place of onion juice. Stir well. Fill French rolls with goop; wrap separately in foil; heat in 350º over for 30 or 40 minutes.
