1/2-in. thick round steak
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. oil
8 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cut in half
3 lbs. carrots, cut in 1-in. chunks
1 3.75 oz. onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Coat steaks on one side with flour. Pound steaks well. Turn and repeat. Cut into 24 pieces. Brown in skillet. Place potatoes, top with meat and carrots in 15 1/2-in x 11 1/2-in. pan. Sprinkle with onion soup and 2 c. water. Cover with foil, Bake at 350 for 2 hours.
