1 10 oz. bag broccoli
1 10 oz. bag cauliflower
1 stick of margarine
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 roll of Ritz crackers crushed (35 crackers)

Directions:
Directions:
Steam the broccoli and cauliflower on stovetop until tender. Drain and place into a greased 13x9 casserole dish. While broccoli and cauliflower are steaming, melt 1/2 stick of margarine and mix with crushed Ritz crackers and set aside.

After placing broccoli and cauliflower into casserole dish, melt 1/2 stick margarine with Velveeta cheese. Pour margarine/cheese mixture over the top of the broccoli and cauliflower. Then, pour Ritz cracker mixture on top and bake in a 350 oven for 20 minutes.
