1/2 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 egg, 1 1/3 c. fruit juice (peach, pear, or orange), 2 tbsp. butter, 1 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour, and slightly beaten egg. Gradually stir in fruit juice. cook over low heat until thickened. Remove from heat, stir in butter, cool. Whip cream fold into above mixture.
