12 lg mushrooms 1 tbsp. minced onion 1/4 c. butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. bread crumbs 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese 3 tbsp. chopped walnuts 1 tbsp. A-1 sauce 1 tbsp. water
wipe/clean mushrooms with paper towel. Chop stems. Saute onions and chopped stems in butter until golden. Mix with salt, bread crumbs, cheese, nuts, and A-1 sauce. Stuff caps and place in shallow baking dish, add water to pan. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
