Filling:
2-3 oz. packages cream cheese with chives
1 1/2 cubes butter
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. cubed chicken
1-4 oz. can chopped mushrooms
2 cans of croissant rolls
Topping:
1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
2/3 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing finely chopped
Gravy:
2 T. corn starch
2 c. chicken stalk/bouillon
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cream 1/4 c. butter, cream cheese, pepper. Mash with a fork. Add chopped mushrooms and shredded chicken.
Roll out croissant rolls and scoop chicken mix in croissant, and pinch together. Dip chicken roll in 1 1/4 melted butter.
Dip in topping. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 325º for 30 minutes.
