6 cups chicken broth
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Fajita seasoning (Shilling's)
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup flour
1 pint half and half
1 cup or more grated Monteray Jack Cheese
1 10 oz. can Rotel diced tomatoes with chilies
2 cups cooked diced chicken
Tortill Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pot. Stir in flour. Add salt, and Fajita seasoning. Mix well. Add chicken broth, and half and half. Heat but do not boil. Add cheese. Stir in and melt. Add tomatoes and chicken. Heat through. Serve with tortilla chips.
