1 c. cooked rice
2 10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked & chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayo
3 c. cooked and diced chicken
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Layer rice on bottom of 13" X 9" pan. Add a layer of broccoli and then a layer of chicken. Combine soup, mayo, lemon juice and curry. Layer this mixture on top of the chicken. Sprinkle shredded cheese, then bread crumbs over the top. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.

NOTE: This recipe may be halved and baked in an 8 X 8 or 9 X 9 pan.
