Mix 1st 4 ingredients together to create a butter mix. Melt enough butter, separately, to brush the mushroom bottoms. Place the mushroom bottoms on a buttered cookie sheet. Place some butter mix in each mushroom then snail and the rest of the butter mix on top of snail.
