2 (10oz.) pkgs. of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French fried onions, divided
1 (8oz.) pkg. shredded Parmesan cheese, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mushroom soup, 1/2 of the fried onions, and 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese. Mix well. Transfer mixture into a 2 quart casserole dish and sprinkle with the remaining fried onions and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until heated through.
