2 Ibs boneless/skinless chicken breasts,
1/2 c Italian bread crumbs,
1/8 c grated Parmesan cheese,
garlic powder to taste,
1 egg,
1/4 c light or fat-free sour cream,
spaghetti sauce (light or no-sugar added),
fat free or light Mozzarella cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Wash chicken and pat dry. Dip the breasts in a mixture of egg and sour cream. Then roll into bread crumb mixture.

Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes. The last 5-10 minutes of cooking, sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese, then top with spaghetti sauce.
