24 oz low fat or fat free cottage cheese,
8-10oz container sugar free Cool Whip (thawed),
15 oz can of fruit (drained) or 12oz pkg frozen fruit (thawed),
.3 oz pkg sugar-free Jello (any flavor).

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cottage cheese and cool whip. Add dry jello mix until blended. Gently fold in fruit. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Will keep up to one week in the fridge.
