12 oz cooked red new potatoes (sliced),
1/2 c diagonally sliced celery,
1/4 c each sliced radishes and green onions,
2 tbsp sour cream,
1/4 c buttermilk,
2 tsp each chopped dill and parsley,
1 tsp sugar,
1/2 tsp salt,
dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, celery, radishes, and onion. In small bowl, combine sour cream, buttermilk, dill, parsley, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Pour over potatoes and toss. Chill 30 minutes.
