1 Ib turkey tenderloins (butterflied),
1 tbsp Chinese Five-Spice powder,
8 c spinach leaves,
1 c fresh raspberries,
1/4 c sliced green onion,
1 (8oz) can sliced water chestnuts (cut into 1/8 inch pieces),
Enoki mushrooms (optional).

2 tbsp olive oil,
2 tbsp raspberry vinegar,
1 tsp honey,
1/2 tsp minced garlic,
1/4 tsp Dijon mustard,
1/8 tsp each salt and pepper,

Season tenderloins with the spice powder on both sides. Grill about 5 minutes on each side. Slice into thin strips and place over spinach. Add rest of ingredients.

Dressing: Whisk together all ingredients and refrigerate several hours.
